THIS WAS AMAZING. Without even getting into hyperbolics and superlatives, just know this movie is going to be a huuuuge hit, and balances the best of real TREK thoughtfulness with enough action and fun to please even non-fans. And yes, if you review the original series movies Star Treks 2 and 3 beforehand, you’ll double your fun. There’s mple fan service and good ole Trekkie fun for the nerds who’ve memorized the lines from the original films while plowing the road for true, new Trek into the future. I haven’t experienced this much pure Trek awesomeness since the original Star Trek II made me a fan back in 1982. I felt like a kid again watching this film. GO. SEE. IT.

엄청난 영화다. 과장법과 최상급을 쓸 필요도 없고 이 영화는 대단한 히트를 칠 것이다. 스타트랙의 팬이 아닌 사람들까지 웃길 수 있는 코믹씬과 충분한 액션씬의 적절한 균형을 이룬 이번 영화는 트랙 시리즈 중 단연 최고다. 물론, 이 영화를 보기 전 스타트랙 2편과 3편을 다시 보고 간다면 재미는 두배가 될 것이다. 2,3편 대사를 줄줄 외우는 스타트랙 광팬들을 위한 영화 고유 코믹 요소도 풍부한 반면 앞으로 나올 새로운 스타트랙 시리즈의 길도 잘 닦아 놓았다. 이토록 순수한 스타트랙의 재미를 1982년도 스타트랙 2 원작 이후로 느껴 보지 못했다. 이 영화를 보며 다시 아이로 돌아간 것 같았다. 강추 영화다.
